Breakfast Scrambled Eggs with Olive Oil Print
  • 4 Free Range farm eggs
  • 1 tablespoon MANZANILLO GROVE ORANGE INFUSED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Flat leaf Italian parsley (also known as 'continental parsley)
  • Toast to serve

Beat eggs in a bowl, add oil to pan on low heat.

When ready, add eggs and scramble to a consistency to your liking. 

Sprinkle with parsley and sea salt.
